I joined as a Senior Analyst (Marketing) with Global Analytics India Pvt Ltd (a subsidiary of GAIN Credit) in March this year.

 First Impressions

Awesome experience to work with people from different backgrounds and skill-sets. It’s my first stint with a proper mid-sized firm after having worked with small companies and start-ups – I’m really impressed by the way this company treats its people.

Another unique aspect of the company is the amazing work culture.

Thanks to that, I haven’t felt that I am just 3 months old in the job. My colleagues have accepted me with tremendous warmth, and that’s the starting point of a long and productive relationship.

What prompted me to take up a job here 

While I was looking for an opportunity to shift to a market-leading fintech company (I always wanted to work in fintech), one of my friends referred me for this role. I decided to give it a shot and ended up with a job which I cherished.

In addition to trusting my friend’s feedback, I also did my own research and arrived at the decision to take up this role. So far, I am happy with the way things have panned out.

Passions outside work – Get to know the ‘real me’

While I am not working, I am either counting pearls on the ocean bed or chasing birds in the sky 😊

A certified scuba diver and para-glider, I love to take off and dive down to explore the mystique of mother nature. And whenever I get the opportunity, I like to capture the beauty through the lens of my camera!
